General Information

We promise to guarantee delivery within 30 days of acceptance of your order, and will only charge you for items and postage as agreed at time of order.

When you buy our goods and services via our internet shop, you are entering into a legally binding contract.

Shipping and Postage

• United Kingdom
  Most UK orders are dispatched within 72 hrs, and are dispatched by 24 hr Special Delivery for watches and 1st class Recorded Delivery for all other items.
  
  The postage cost includes insurance for loss or damage during transit, and will require a signature on receipt.
• Europe
  Most European orders are dispatched within 72 hrs, and are dispatched by 1st class International 'Signed For' post.
  
  The postage cost includes insurance for loss or damage during transit, and will require a signature on receipt.
• Worldwide
  For other destinations, listed on the shopping cart page, most orders are dispatched within 72 hrs, and are dispatched by 1st class International 'Signed For' post.

• Additional costs
  Orders above 500g are charged extra on a sliding scale. We aim to make these costs as reasonable as possible.

Returns and Cancellations

• All items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Any claims for damaged or short supplied goods must be made within two working days of receipt of goods. Claims after this time will not be accepted.
• The decision of whether a refund is given will be made upon return of the goods, and the cost or replacement of any items found to be damaged in transit or missing will be refunded to you within 30 working days of us receiving the items back.
• If you wish to cancel an order for an item after receipt, you must return the item(s)  to us within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods.
• Items will only be accepted if they are unused and in the original packaging that they were delivered in. You will be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation.
• Please check European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, for our rights to the above.

Complaints

Any query or complaint will be dealt with immediately and return acknowledgment made within two working days, or five working days for postal complaints.

Privacy

We promise that no customer details are passed on to any third party or other companies, and details will only be passed at the request of credit/debit card companies, Inland Revenue or other legal professions pending any enquires, regarding us or the customer.

We reserve the right to change in any way or form without notice any information regarding this website. We also reserve the right to change the prices, goods and availability of products. We may at our choosing refuse to offer our services and products to any customer and to alter any part of theses Terms and Conditions, without notice.

None of our Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
